PLEASE CONTACT the medical record storage company RASCI.ca FOR REQUESTS TO TRANSFER any records related to seeing one of our therapists. There will be a charge for a transfer of records, levied by the storage company. Records will be available for 10 years after your last appointment, or, in the case where you saw a therapist while under the age of 18, records will be available for 10 years after your reach the age of 18
